Our current way of taking online payments is through PayHOA. We require your email address and verification of your homeowner status in order to accept your online payments. Once you are verified, you can log in anytime and even set up automatic payments!

Once you get done signing up, contact us if you have a 2nd mailing address or rent out the home so we can update your account.

Cash can be accepted at The Savaris Group, LLC office, 2504 Ave. G. NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880 during regularly scheduled business hours of 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday. Please call ahead to ensure that your money will be transferred quickly.
