Is this the Budget for this year, 2024?

• No, this is the Financial Report for last year, 2023. When we do have the budget ready for 2024, we'll send you notice when it's up for discussion and once it is voted on, you'll eventually receive a dues letter in the mail for 2024. Until then, stay tuned and remember this page for the 2024 budget info. 

Why is one of them $0?

• There are two HOAs, but we only collect one set of dues. The two HOAs run in unison and were part of the re-establishment of Berkley Pointe HOA to help get the retention ponds cleared.
