Meetings will be held on Zoom and Homeowners may meet at the public location to view the online meeting through the Computer monitor, web camera, and use the microphone. This is a meeting with a virtual component, the Board of Directors will not be at the public location. The Board will appear by Zoom. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SOCIAL DISTANCING.

Notice Concerning Unsanctioned HOA Meeting.
Unfortunately, again, a resident has recently sent out a confusing meeting notice, which could have been confused as coming from the HOA. Information on behalf of the HOA from Raymond Pacheco, Johnny Robert Philips, Michael Calder, Karissa Heist, or Daniel Frederick Pilka is not accurate or from the HOA. The real meeting details can be found on our home page.
If you ever do have questions as to the legitimacy of a meeting, please look to our website or reach out to The Savaris Group, LLC or Christopher A. Desrochers.
The notice also intimates that Daniel Frederick Pilka or his associates are the attorneys for the HOA which has already resulted in phone calls due to this confusing notice. Daniel Frederick Pilka or his associates in no way represent the HOA.

General Reminder & Tips - Misinformation
Unfortunately, a certain number of residents in the neighborhood routinely send out often confusing meeting notices, which have been confused as coming from the HOA. Here are some general tips to avoid misinformation:
If you have questions, reach out to The Savaris Group, LLC or Christopher A. Desrochers - both websites linked to their names.
Berkley Pointe HOA Meetings are typically with an online component, through Zoom. Covid still kills and we have ADA requests from homeowners. If you have issues logging in, you can check out the signs or the webpage for all available options. Meetings are in person at 2504 Ave. G. NW, Winter Haven, FL 33880.
The Auburndale Police Dept has never and is unlikely to ever be used as a location by the HOA. Due to the high volume of false HOA meetings that have taken place there, you can fairly safely assume no real HOA meetings will take place there for the next few years.
If someone is giving legal advice, try fact-checking that they are using the Florida Statutes or prior case law. Things like "I feel the membership should vote on dues" are not supported by Florida law or done in most HOAs. As always, the attorney Christopher A. Desrochers or the Community Association Manager (licensed in the field) can help guide or answer questions based on Florida Statutes.
